Superior Mining Negotiates $360,000 Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia: Superior Mining International Corporation (the “Company”) (TSXV: SUI) announces that, subject to regulatory acceptance, it has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.12 per common share, for gross proceeds of up to $360,000 to the Company.
Subject to regulatory acceptance, the Company may pay a 6% cash finder's fee with respect to this private placement.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital.
